You further acknowledge and agree that CrowdFreak Digital Showcase shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

REFUND POLICY
Here at CrowdFreak, we want to ensure that our users have safe transactions and great experiences while utilizing our platform!
Because our platform serves as an intermediary between artists and performance opportunities, we can’t guarantee the outcome of every show. However, we do review certain instances for a show credit. In the instance if the show is cancelled by any means, your artist submission fee will be credited towards a future show of your choice. By any other means there are no physical refunds, but credits are due in the instance of performance cancellation.
CONCERT RULES
Please review all Concert Rules & Regulations and then follow the instructions on how to enter the competition on the Artist Submission page, which will also contain a link to the Entry Form, as well as information about the Registration Fee, deadline, and any other details.
Please note that all fees are non-refundable and are quoted in USD. CrowdFreak does not account or have any liability for any participants' bank fees and charges that may be levied as a result of currency conversion, foreign exchange transaction, or non-sufficient funds (NSF) transaction.
You must comply with the following requirements:
Submit minimum ONE audio track.
Post to Social Media and have fans tag you under our “tag an artist who should…” post on @CrowdFreak instagram under the entry you are entered into.
TRAVEL RESPONSIBILITY
We provide the flight or ground transportation to/from the event along with one night hotel stay. We will not be responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss (including loss of possessions and loss of enjoyment), damage, expense, cost or other sum or claim of any description whatsoever.
REPRODUCING CONTENT ON CROWDFREAK
You further agree not to reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, transmit, distribute, transfer, display, perform, publish, and/or license any images, graphics, files, sounds, icons, text, logos, software, products, and/or services, obtained from or otherwise available on this website unless you have obtained prior written authorization from CrowdFreak to do so. You agree not to integrate any content available on this website into other websites, for example by means of “framing.” You agree not to reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, imitate, transmit, distribute, transfer, display, perform or publish any of the content of this website, or license or permit others to do any of the foregoing. Examples of protected arrangements of digital content include, without limitation, the formatting and/or structure of this website, the style, number and/or visual/contextual arrangement of data-entry boxes, visual and/or contextual arrangement and/or sequence of text, images, designs, icons, proportions and/or the style of text and design, and/or specific color combinations and/or arrangements found on this website.
